2026 Naturally Inspired Health Summit — Farmers Market Terms & Conditions

1. Space & Setup

  • This rental secures a farmers market-style outdoor or designated vendor space at the 2026 Naturally Inspired Health Summit.

  • Vendors must provide all necessary materials for their setup, including tables, chairs, shade coverings (tents), signage, displays, and any other setup essentials.

  • Electricity is NOT provided. Vendors are responsible for operating without access to power or bringing battery-operated alternatives.

  • Set-up time and arrival instructions will be emailed prior to the event.

2. Included Access

  • Your market space rental includes (1) all-access wristband for entry to the full event.

  • Additional wristbands may be purchased separately if you require additional help during the event.

  • All vendor team members must register with their full name, mobile number, and email via the online form provided.

3. Participation Guidelines

  • Vendors must remain set up during designated event hours unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • All vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and in a manner aligned with the values of Naturally Inspired Health Summit.

  • Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and removing all trash or leftover materials by the end of the event.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All payments are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

  • In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, Naturally Inspired Media reserves the right to make adjustments, reschedule, or cancel with notice.

5. Liability & Responsibility

  • Vendors agree to release Naturally Inspired Media, the event organizers, venue, and affiliates from any liability for loss, theft, or damage to goods or personal property.

  • Vendors are responsible for complying with any applicable local health and safety regulations.

By submitting your application and payment for the Farmers Market space, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
