Naturally Inspired Health Summit 2026 – Booth Purchase Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a booth space for the 2026 Naturally Inspired Health Summit (“the Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booth Purchase & Payment

Booth reservations are confirmed only upon full payment.
Early Bird pricing is a limited-time offer and subject to availability.
Booth assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis and may be adjusted at the discretion of Naturally Inspired Media.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made on or before May 1, 2026 are eligible for a refund, minus a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 1, 2026.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to: [your email here].

3. Transfer of Booth Space

Booth reservations are non-transferable without written approval.
If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your space, please contact us for consideration.

4. Event Changes

Naturally Inspired Media reserves the right to modify the date, time, location, or structure of the event as needed.
In the event of cancellation by the organizers, a full refund will be issued.

5. Exhibitor Conduct

Exhibitors must comply with all venue policies, setup and teardown timelines, and event rules as communicated.
Booths may not be shared or sublet without prior written consent.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Naturally Inspired Media and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that occurs during participation in the event.
